TREATMENT OF FOIL SHEETING
CONTRACTIBILITY
( only applies for LDPE products)
It is possible to heat contract the foil sheeting.
UV STABILIZATION
The foil sheeting is stabilized against the radiation of the sun, the usual stabilization period is 12 and 24 months.
FULL COLORING
The full coloring of the foil sheeting is dependent upon the pre-assigned range of Pantone, which is designated as a percentage.
Maximum 8 colors
ANTI-CORROSION
The foil sheeting contains an additive that slows the corrosion process of packaged goods.
IONIZATION
Surface treatment, this must be done before color application.
SLIPPING CAPABILITY
(only applies for LDPE products)
The sack and bahs can be opened easier when filling.
PERFORATION
Micro- and macro- perforation at randomly selected spots.
ANTISTATIC CAPABILITIES
An additive that slows the development of static electricity.
BLANKS
Available in all forms and in all location.
ROUGHENED STRIPES
(only applies for LDPE products)
This offers better fixation when transportings the sacks and bags.
ANTIBLOCK
(only applies for LDPE products)
Even though the bags and sacks are produced from non-slippery foil sheeting they can be opened easily.

BOTTOM KNIT LINE
Sacks and bags are produced from hoses and only have knit lines on both sides.
SIDE KNIT LINE
Sacks and bags have knit lines on the both sides.
FREELY PACKED SACKS AND BAGS
The sacks and bags are not found on tubes but are wraped in cartons.
TUBE ROLL PACKAGED SACKS AND BAGS
These products are supplied in rolls and can be ripped off thanks to its perforations.
